At TTP, we promote an environment that encourages a balance of work, community service, and recreation. Annual firm activities such as the AIA Sandcastle Competition and the A and E Softball League reinforce the firm’s team approach and competitive nature against other local firms. Our Culture Club formally organizes and sponsors firm-wide events such as White Water River Rafting, Barbecues for employees and their families, and the Adopt-A-Family gift drive. TTP staff regularly gathers informally for community services projects, ski trips, day hikes, after-work outings, or simply for dinner at a new local restaurant.
