With over twenty-six years experience in the engineering and design profession, Byron’s range of experience touches on just about every building or structure type. He has worked with commercial, industrial, educational, hospital, medical professional and essential services structures. His specialization and chief interest in Industrial Structures stem from his experience with bridge design, agricultural bins, silos and rehabilitation evaluation of buildings.
Byron is continually motivated by the pace and energy involved with the design/build process. He feels that the right amount of energy coupled with a healthy team effort are the formula for successful project delivery. These traits are woven into his responsibilities in engineering, design, structural & civil planning, consultation, office supervision, and construction management of projects.
His role as Partner and leader of the Structural and Industrial Teams have provided the opportunity to establish and maintain many relationships, which he feels are important to the success of projects. Byron believes that drawing upon those relationships allows for the project delivery process to function successfully.
