Glen’s outstanding talent for structural engineering is matched only by his keen business sense. His leadership and experience are directly reflected in the growth of the firm from Teter Consultants, to Teter A+E, and now Taylor Teter Partnership. Glen has over thirty-five years of experience in structural design of commercial, institutional, educational and industrial facilities. He has extensive experience in designing utility systems, grading and drainage design, school and community Master Planning, and structural assessment of buildings for renovation, remodel, and expansion. 

Of his many projects across the Central Valley, Glen is most satisfied with the Event Center designed for his alma mater, Lemoore High School. For Glen, this benchmark project demonstrates how team work, talent and a willingness to give back to the community have been combined to deliver a successful project.

For the last several years, Glen has focused his energy toward providing strategic direction and leadership for the firm. His vision for uniting the practices of architectural and engineering, positions TTP as a leader in both fields.
