- Bullard Talent excels at the performing arts. That was the driving concept for the design of the Multi-use facility. This is accomplished with a unique multi-tier dining/assembly room. Three different levels were designed to accommodate the schools folding cafeteria tables, chairs for theatrical viewing and round tables for dinner shows.
