TTP assists Owners in project development from initial concept to occupancy. Our experts assess project needs, develop project parameters and site development. They act as program managers through the schematic design, design development and construction documents phase, managing project bidding or contractor negotiations, on-site representative observing, documenting and reporting on project progress throughout construction, and construction administration. During design phases, TTP provides expert document review from our multi-disciplinary staff including architects and structural, mechanical and electrical engineers.
